Carol and Nathan,

We had Simeon’s godfather over for dinner the other night and decided to try this. I was nervous about using too much coal, and I didn’t end up using enough, so they baked very slowly. We ended up eating them one at a time as they came off of the grill. Doing it this way kinda of felt like a hacked version of Tapas. They were some of the best pizzas I have had, and so much fun!

So, thank you.

So cool! Your film has served to remind me that I totally have to try pizza on the grill — yum.
