a party

This weekend (and week) was certainly busy at Moveable Feast. I thought some of you would enjoy shots of a wedding we catered at a nearby farm/park district property.

The work that goes into an event like this is amazing. I am always in awe of the details, strategic planning and obvious creativity.

The team that created the space was my sister’s good friend, RJA design. They did the dinner tables and overall feel of the event and it was totally breathtaking!

Pretty great, huh? Hopefully, the years to come for the new couple will only get better!

Nice work Carol! Fun to have you working with us on that one!
2 days later it is extremely satisfying to look back on last weeks accomplishments….and very happy that is last week and not this one!
Ha!

oh my gosh, I LOVE the tiered cupcakes!! I’ve been seeing more and more of that sort of thing vs. a traditional wedding cake. It all looks beautiful. As I tell my floral designer friend whenever she shows me pics of the last wedding she did, “If only I could get married again…”

to the same man, of course!

Awesome! What color and beauty in those foods and the artful displays. I am so envious of your ability to work with such great food. Nice work!
