come on Spring, we are ready!

I completed one dress yesterday and I am so thrilled with this “vintage” pattern I have…I used thrifted fabric my sister-in-law gave me for a quilt I am making. Uh- I just used a little for this dress, Bethany, I promise!

Isn’t the red stunning?!

My 8.5 year old also recommended the dress for her 3 year old sister could be a shirt for her as well! Wow- she has a good eye and the dress looked really cute on her.

So- this pattern will be used for both girls. Perfect.

I hope to get more accomplished this weekend- yea, I love sewing clothes for my girls.

I love it! It reminds me of the sundresses my mom made when I was young…with the straps that tie over the shoulders. Very cute!

I can definitely see this dress as a top with a slightly wider band for girls over 5 years old. I do love that red color!

Hello? I love this! I can’t wait to see photos of it on. Yes, the red is so great.

Super Cute! I am just glad the fabric is getting used! I need to stop buying fabric until I start using more up.

Aw, genius! That dress/shirt (good idea) is too cute. I tried making some clothes a few days ago (for my yet to be exsistent) girls, but, yea. Maybe you could give me some tips? I’ll show you what I did.

By the way, you have at least one gorgeous icon in your house that pops up in pictures from time to time, and I’m happy that it does. Sorry for lurking for so long without saying hi. So “hi”.
