Hey- I am really feeling terrible today. So much that I don’t feel like posting a photo. I have a fever and a wicked headache, so it’s back to bed for me.
I hope to respond to everyone this weekend, please bear with me.

Yuck. Get well soon.
We’ve got the whole fever and headache thing going on over here, too. Johnny’s got the fever and consequently, I’ve got the headache.
I hope you find some rest.

Hope you’re feeling better soon.
I don’tremember if I officially signed up. I’m planning to make a baby blanket. If the first one goes well, I may make more than one, but put me down for one at least.

Yuck. I hate flu season. My voice is still pretty scratchy from our West Coast strain. Hope you are well soon.

I hope you get to feeling better!
Oh, I wanted to also say that I think I want to make a few of those wooden dolls, but I have a suggestion. What if I made little drawstring bags for them to be carried in? The kids could put other small things in there to, kind of as a safekeeping thing. And if this was already in the instructions, I’m sorry. I kind of just skimmed over the instructions with plans to come back when I actually do the project. If you think that’s a good idea, maybe I can make a few bags?

I want to commend you and your sister for the project that you have taken on. I have lived in china for four years (still here) and started a volunteer group in our orphanage. We have had supporters far and wide just like your group that over the years have sent many different things. Unfortunately, in our orphanage, the things only last one day and then they disappear, I guess into the hands of the staff and their own children. However, the love put into every stitch of every hat, scarf or blanket touches me very deeply. I will be coming home this summer (for good) and will also be doing some of my own projects from that side– I can’t imagine not continuing to do something for these children that I have come to know and love. Keep on!

(on a side note, I got the book, thank you. I sent you an email but I’m not sure you got it – who am I supposed to send it on to?)
